Had a standard queen room, and we loved it.

i booked a room with a great bed, a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. the location seemed good in the middle of jackson.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and recommend it. The hotel was located just next door to restaurants and the grocery store. Good location of the venue in the middle of jackson. We could drink something at Whiskey Jax, located 1 mi away.

So, I booked a standard queen room for one night, and man, it was a nightmare! The front desk lady was super rude. I reported bedbugs, and she just told me to leave. Like, seriously? No help at all. The place is not worth the money. On the bright side, they had coffee in the lobby, but that didn't make up for everything. Not coming back!

The place was clean and the staff was really nice, which made everything even better. 🌟 I loved my room a lot, it was pretty quiet and had a nice design. They even provided a microwave, a fridge, and a stovetop, which was great for me.
